Bill Neese is the VP Talent Acquisition at Paycor. He has spent the bulk of his career in the Talent Management field and has recent experience working with both publicly and privately-held companies building recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding and data driven talent programs. He focuses on developing plans and programs that are scalable for the future, and by leveraging technology to build effective and efficient talent pipelines. Prior to Paycor, Bill functioned as the VP of Talent Management for Systems Evolution and the VP of Recruiting for Total Quality Logistics: both tenures were during periods of rapid business growth for both companies. Bill holds a Master’s in HR from the University of Cincinnati. Bill, his wife Lindsey, daughter Hadley and son Brady live in Springboro. He has a range of interests – from local sports to being an outdoorsman.
Haley Linch is Assistant Vice President, Senior Campus Recruiting Manager at U.S. Bank.
Haley graduated from University of Dayton in 2007 with her bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accountancy. Prior to joining U.S. Bank, she spent 10 years at Liberty Mutual where she began her career after graduation, in Underwriting. In 2009, Haley transitioned her career into Human Resources as a Recruiting Coordinator. Since joining Recruiting, Haley has held several different roles in Recruiting, Project Management and Leadership. During her time at Liberty, she was able to spend a couple of years working in Atlanta before returning to her hometown of Cincinnati. In August 2017, she joined U.S Bank as a Campus Programs Manager to launch their Summer Internship and Campus Relations efforts for the Cincinnati Market. Most recently, Haley transitioned into a Senior Campus Recruiting Manager and manages all campus recruiting needs for the East Region.
Tish Williams serves as the General Manager - Center of Recruiting Excellence at Kroger and began her career there in 2006. Tish has spent over a decade working at Kroger holding various roles from Store Management, District Human Resource Generalist, and a special assignment focusing on customer satisfaction. Tish has always had a passion for associate engagement and was a part of the leadership team of the division Cultural Council and held several different roles also in that capacity. In 2015 Tish transitioned as a Recruiting Manager at the Center of Recruiting Excellence, and more recently promoted as General Manager of CoRE in September of 2017. Tish graduated from the University of Dayton and earned an undergraduate degree in arts. She has participated in the Urban League Leadership Development program, and was recently recognized and awarded as one of the YWCA of Greater Cincinnati’s 2017 “Rising Stars”, included in Movers and Makers Cincinnati publication.
Soloman Mohamed is Director of Recruiting for TQL, and has been with the organization for 10 years. He began his career with TQL in sales and was an early part of their national expansion. He’s held multiple positions across the organization,, most recently as the Director of Recruiting, where he’s been for the last 2 years. Soloman likes to stay involved in the community and currently serves on the board of the Freestore Foodbank.
