One of the benefits of GCHRA is Jobline. This resource provides members with the opportunity to post their jobs or post their professional profile for other members to review.

If you have a job opportunity that you would like to communicate to the membership, here are three options to consider:

1.) Post your job opportunity in our monthly newsletter, Resources. The deadline is the third Friday of the month (i.e. September) for the next month's newsletter (i.e. October). The cost is $50 for 1 1/2 page, Arial 11 pt. Ad. The newsletter goes out to over 600 members.

You may submit your information to Robin Throckmorton, MA, SPHR, Jobline Coordinator via email or the Strategic HR, Inc website.


2) Use direct mail. You may purchase member address labels for $225 by contacting Suzi Hoffman by phone (513.554.4747) at the GCHRA office. You may then mail your announcement to the 500 + members at your expense.

3) Post On-Line. You may post your opportunity FREE by going to the SHRM Ohio State Council Job List.

Or, you may want to consider posting your job opportunity on Strategic Human Resources, Inc. Job Shop. Don't forget to scan the Individual Profiles page on the web site to see if there are any individuals who have posted their profile in their search process who may meet your needs.

If you decide to do a combination of on-line and monthly newsletter, respond "Yes" in the form on the Submit Job page of the Strategic Human Resources, Inc. website and you will be automatically billed as listed in Option 1 above.
