Heidi began her career in 2003, on the telephone recruiting candidates for one of MRI’s top performers. After a couple of months, she started assisting the entire office in anything that she could on the computer. Her job was to make certain the recruiters had everything they needed to stay on the telephone and be productive. This includes the identification of company data, candidate research and social media development. As the Internet and recruiting evolved so did her job as a leader in Internet sourcing and recruiting. Her colleagues at MRI prized her as “the best in the business” and competed for her time. Currently Heidi has returned to Recruiting with Booz Allen Hamilton in Dayton.
