Amid great challenges in our world, leaders are operating in the VUCA environment today more than ever.  VUCA stands for Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous, and leaders are operating in exactly the VUCA environment. As organizations face constant change, leaders must understand how they can best lead and prepare their teams to execute, especially when asked to do more with less.
This presentation will cover different approaches you can use during each of the conditions illustrated in the VUCA environment. With these tips on leadership and relevant current examples of business challenges, you’ll be able to enhance your organization's capacity to respond. It may be a VUCA world, but nimble organizations who plan and prepare can create an environment where leaders and employees thrive.

Learning Objectives:
1.  Understand VUCA and it's impact on business performance.
2.  Develop specific tactics to respond to VUCA conditions from a leadership perspective.
3.  Learn techniques to proactively prepare for VUCA and develop leaders for future business challenges.
