Elizabeth Simmons Callan is a Principal in the Cincinnati, Ohio, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She concentrates her practice on management side employment litigation.
In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Simmons Callan has deep experience in business counseling, working with clients on issues and claims brought under the ADA, Title VII and state discrimination statutes.
While Ms. Simmons Callan enjoys working with clients across industries, she has a particular insights into the issues facing the retail and hospitality industry.
