Daniel G. Rosenthal is a Principal in the Cincinnati, Ohio, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He has devoted his career to practicing management-side labor and employment law.
Mr. Rosenthal advises private and public sector employers in all aspects of traditional labor law, including union avoidance, collective bargaining and arbitration. He represents employers in proceedings with the NLRB and SERB, including representation cases and unfair labor practice cases.
Mr. Rosenthal also advises and represents employers in a broad range of employment law matters, including those involving discrimination and harassment, wage and hour, wrongful termination, and retaliation claims. He also advises and trains managers and supervisors on preventive litigation practices, focusing on how to comply with applicable laws and regulations, avoid workplace disputes, resolve employee relations problems, and satisfy legitimate employee expectations.
Jon McPherson is the Vice President, Labor Relations for The Kroger Co. He is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the organization in all Labor Relations matters, including the Collective Bargaining of our 350 Collective Bargaining Agreements throughout the enterprise, all Taft Hartley Health and Pension activities including assignment of Trustees and their development, and he provides direction as to our Company Policies for these funds.
Jon joined Kroger in 2013 as Director of Labor Relation for the Logistics Division. Before joining Kroger, he served in several leadership roles at Kellogg’s, including vice president of Human Resources and Labor Relations, vice president of HR, director of Labor Relations, and HR plant manager.
