If you're like most employers, you are struggling with attraction, retention, and engagement.  But a new resource called the Employer Toolkit is here to help!  In this presentation, you'll learn about concrete and actionable policies and practices your company can implement to support and stabilize your lower-wage workforce.  Then, hear from several employers who have used the toolkit effectively.

Meghan Cummings is the Executive Director of the Women’s Fund of the Greater Cincinnati Foundation. She brings a broad perspective of leadership and tackling complex systems issues through her experience with non-profit organizations, a corporate charity and a community foundation. She is passionate about addressing poverty and equity issues by igniting public will and inspiring individuals, companies and foundations to collaborate in new ways. She is a past president of the Greater Cincinnati Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and has worked extensively on the chapter’s diversity and inclusion efforts including the creation of a diversity pipeline program called New Faces of Fundraising. She was named to the 2014 class of the Cincinnati Business Courier’s Forty under 40. She currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Beyond Civility, a non-profit dedicated to helping citizens and civic leaders explore the barriers and bridges to effective dialogue.
