Pre-payment is required to attend events. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted.
All cancellations must be received prior to the event, in accordance with the timeline below in order to receive a refund. Refunds will not be given if your cancellation is after the deadlines listed below.
- Connect & Learn – 4 calendar days before event
- Talent Acquisition Trends – 7 calendar days before event
- Legal Trends – 4 calendar days before event
- HR How-To – 4 calendar days before event

No Shows/Cancellations after the Deadline:
If you register for an event for free and you do not cancel your registration by the deadlines above, you will be charged $10 or the member cost of the program, whichever is greater.
Please note there is an additional $10 registration fee (Connect & Learn, HR How-To) or $5 registration fee (Talent Acquisition Trends, Legal Trends) for walk-ins. Walk-ins are not guaranteed a spot after online registration closes.
